Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
The ACAS Operator and Supervisor course focuses on how to use the ACAS system tool suite, including the SecurityCenter v5.8 console, Nessus Vulnerability Scanner(r) (Nessus) and the Nessus Network Monitor(r) (NNM/PVS). The course will be taught using training materials developed to align with the DOD’s use of the ACAS system. Students will be required to take an end-of-course exam to receive a certificate of completion or certification. This course will provide ACAS SecurityCenter users with the skills and knowledge necessary to discover and report relevant security information using the ACAS system products.
Upon course completion, students will be able to perform the following:
o Manage ACAS scanners at a local level
o Run ACAS broad and targeted scans
o Read data from ACAS scans
